Norfolk County OPP catch impaired driver in Delhi.
DELHI - An impaired driver has been charged in Delhi.
Norfolk OPP responded on Friday to a report of a suspected impaired driver on James Street just before midnight. Officers located the vehicle on Highway 59 and a roadside sobriety test was conducted. As a result, a 39-year-old Oxford County man was arrested and charged with operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus.
He will appear in Simcoe Court next month.
