Oxford OPP arrested a 38 year old man from Ingersoll after an alleged B&E at a local business.
INGERSOLL - Police have arrested a 38 year old man from Ingersoll after a break and enter on Thames Street South.
OPP say the theft happened just before 10:00 p.m. last night. A witness found a man attempting to enter some storage bins that were located inside a locked compound at a business on Thames Street. Officers arrived on the scene and arrested James Whittaker.
He has been charged with break, enter a place to commit an indictable offence, possession of break in instruments and fail to comply with a probation order.
The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing on October 2, 2018.
