Police seized $25,000 in cocaine after a drug bust in Brantford.
WOODSTOCK - Two people are facing drug trafficking charges after a joint investigation with the Woodstock and Brantford Police services.
Police executed a search warrant warrant at a home in Brantford on Tuesday where they seized $25,000 in cocaine, cash and stolen property. A 68 year old man from Brantford and a 28 year old woman from Ingersoll were both arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of stolen property.
The investigation was a team effort from the Criminal Intelligence Drug Enforcement Unit from both cities. No names were provided in the police release.
