Inn and Out of the Cold will continue to provide overnight shelter in the Friendly City this year.
WOODSTOCK - Old St Paul's Anglican Church is getting ready to open its doors for another season of Inn Out of the Cold.
The program run by Operation Sharing provides overnight shelter to those who don't have a place to stay during the winter months.
Co-Coordinator Charity Bull says people are also welcome to bring their furry friends with them.
"We encourage you to bring your pets. We love your pets as much as you do as long as we keep them controlled. So don't want to see anyone leaving themselves out just because they think they can't bring what's most important to them."
The Woodstock based church housed 58 people and 4 dogs last winter.
While they're there attendees can take advantage of multiple programs including, addictions, mental health, housing and literacy supports. They will also help you write a resume and find proper clothes to wear to a job interview.
Bull is very thankful for the big role Old St Paul's Anglican Church plays.
"They totally changed the basement around for us. We have a big beautiful shower, we have two washrooms, we have laundry facilities on site and they've got fridges and freezers just jammed packed with things for us. We cannot thank them enough for what they have done."
Inn Out of the Cold will start on November 12th this year and it will run from 7pm to 7:30am each night.
