Three puppies were seriously injured after they were tossed from a moving vehicle in Elgin County.
A disturbing story out of Elgin County as police report that 4 puppies were tossed from a moving vehicle last Thursday.
Elgin OPP say the Jack Russell puppies were thrown from an early 2000's black Ford Explorer onto a driveway in Elgin County. The home is located between Mckillop Rd and Dunborough Rd on Talbot line.
The puppies appeared to be around six to seven weeks old. Three of the puppies were seriously injured. A good Samaritan took the dogs to a emergency veterinarian in London. The suspect vehicle's rims and lower panels were rusted and it has a loud muffler.
