All nominations have to be submitted by Sunday, August 3rd.
OXFORD COUNTY - Time is running out to submit a nomination for the Oxford Tourism Awards of Excellence.
You have until Sunday August 3rd to nominate an individual, small business or non-profit organization based in Oxford County. Self nominations are encouraged.
There are three categories this year including the Tourism Partnership Award, the Best New Tourism Product Award, and the Special Event of the Year Award. Manager of Tourism, Meredith Maywood says these awards highlight the hard work that goes into making sure people want to visit Oxford.
"The Oxford Tourism Awards celebrate the champions and innovators of our tourism industry. The award ceremony is a time to celebrate the people who work tirelessly to offer unique experiences, invest in new tourism products and provide the small-town charm that keeps people coming back to Oxford County."
The award ceremony will be held in October and you can find more information, including the nomination forms, online here.
