CES will help people through the entire hiring process, including resume collection.
OXFORD COUNTY - Local employers looking to hire new talent can turn to Community Employment Services for help.
They can help find employees who fit all of your job requirements; whether they're from Oxford or the surrounding area.
Communications Assistant Liz Wismer-Van Meer says you should contact their employment consultant team.
"You're going to deal one-on-one with somebody. Whether it's learning more about government incentives, funding, apprenticeship funding or maybe it's helping you write the job description and getting it posted on workinoxford.ca."
Wismer-Van Meer says they can help you through the complete hiring process.
"We can do resume collection, pre-screening of resumes and we are hosting job fairs at our facility at no cost to the employers. There's a large variety of things that we're able to help the employers with; we just want to make sure that they know that we are there to help them through that process."
You can find more information about their employer services online here.
