Local police briefs include a catalytic converter theft in Woodstock, an impaired driver on Plank Line in South-West Oxford and another impaired driver on Township Road 9 in Blandford-Blenheim.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police are investigating the theft of a catalytic converter.
The part was taken from a 2015 Dodge Ram 5500 parked at the side of a building on Keyes Drive on Friday.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Woodstock Police or Crime Stoppers.

SOUTH-WEST OXFORD - Oxford OPP arrested a 22 year old from Tillsonburg on impaired driving charges early Monday morning, just after 4:00 a.m.
Officers on patrol noticed the vehicle speeding and tried to pull them over. The driver just kept going, eventually losing control at the intersection on Plank Line and went into the ditch.
They were charged with impaired driving, careless driving and fail to stop for police.

DRUMBO - A 28 year old from Drumbo was arrested on impaired driving charges on Friday morning.
Oxford OPP officers were tipped off about a possible impaired driver around 9:30 a.m. on Township Road 9 in Blandford-Blenheim.
