Police in London, Ontario are promising zero tolerance in an effort to prevent a repeat of last year's St. Patrick's Day riot in the city's east end. A year ago, holiday revellers pelted police with bottles and torched a news vehicle, resulting in 68 arrests -- including 26 students from nearby Fanshawe College. A new city bylaw gives officers the power to break up parties on private property with permission from the police chief or senior officer on duty. One factor that will definately be different this year is the weather. Last year, the temperature soared to 17-degrees on St. Patrick's Day.
