Police say the man was in the drivers seat of a vehicle that was parked in a parking lot on Norwich Ave.
WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Police Service is reminding people to report any suspicious or concerning behaviour they witness.
This comes after officers arrested and charged a 58-year-old man with doing an indecent act in a public place Thursday night. It was while he was in the drivers seat of a car that was parked in a parking lot on Norwich Ave at 9:40 p.m.
The man has since been released from custody on an undertaking with conditions.
