The key witness in the Tori Stafford murder trial has taken to the witness stand today. We're learning more about who Terri-Lynne McClintic was, and about her relationship with accused killer Michael Rafferty. The jury is hearing Terri-Lynne McClintic and Michael Rafferty met at a pizza shop in February 2009, went for a drive and had sex in his car, north of Ingersoll. The relationship developed, but McClintic says was one sided and that she "never really knew" who Rafferty was. She says there was only a commonality of OxyContin between the two. McClintic would often pick-up the drug in Woodstock for both of them. Conversations began to develop of abducting a child. McClintic told the jury that Rafferty wanted a `"young female'' because they were easy to manipulate. She says that on April 8, 2009 the pair drove up to Tori's school, and Rafferty said, "so are you going to do it?'' McClintic says when she replied "do what?'' Rafferty told her he knew she was "all talk, no action.'' Testimony continues this afternoon. Heart FM will have continuing coverage of the trial, also turn to our "Michael Rafferty Trial Page" for extended coverage of the testimony.
