The protest will draw hundreds of people and local dignitaries to the courthouse from 11 am to 1 p.m today.
WOODSTOCK - Hundreds of people are expected at a rally in Woodstock on today.
The Tori's Law protest is a way to show support for Victoria Stafford and protest the move of her killer Terri Lynne McClintic to an aboriginal healing lodge in Saskatchewan. Tori's Father Rodney Stafford says he will be there.
"I want to see everybody come out and show their support, I'm hoping by getting a large group of people together that it is not just me and my family that is upset."
Stafford helped organize the rally at Parliament Hill yesterday. He says he did not have a part in the planning for the event today, however he is appreciative of the support.
"The event in Woodstock is being run by 6 different women throughout Woodstock, I haven't really had to much to do with it, they are doing it on their own to show support for my family and I have given my words of encouragement to them and hopefully they can draw a large crowd and do something on behalf of our town."
Everyone is asked to wear purple today in front of the courthouse from 11 am to 1 p.m.
