**Note: the following report contains strong, vulgar language that may be offensive.** The eleventh day of the Tori Stafford murder trial will resume at 10 o?clock this morning with further cross examination of Terri-Lynne McClintic?s testimony by Defense Lawyer Dirk Derstine. Derstine spent his first day of cross examination Wednesday of providing the details to several letters McClintic wrote while serving a sentence in a youth detention facility. In many, if not all the letters, references portrayed gang-like imagery of 3-point crowns, signatures by McClintic of ?Love & Respect, Trip ?N Krazy ? the latter a reference to another youth inmate. Several titles of McClintic's letters were endorsed as ?Murderous Bitches? and ?Ride or Die Bitches?, along with ?Thru Thick & Thin?, ?Thru Life & Death?, and at on one specific letter submitted by Derstine was a hand symbolizing ?BK Killer? or ?Blood Killer?. The letters portrayed extreme violence in how she wanted to kill people like ?I feel like crushing up a skull into a puzzle? and ?slaughtering someone and ripping out each bone?. The letters also spoke of how McClintic grew hatred for people on the inside and the outside and how she became a very tough 17 year old that didn?t take ?no? for an answer when wanting other inmate?s prescribed medications like Prozac. McClintic also spoke of how she would ?bang people up? if they didn?t cooperate.
