The public is being asked for help after transport trucks had pumpkins thrown at them.
MIDDLESEX COUNTY - The Middlesex OPP is investigating after reports of pumpkins being thrown at transport trucks.
Calls came in on Saturday at 2:30 a.m. saying a truck on the 401 near Old Victoria Road was hit in the windshield causing extensive damage. Then at 3:10 a.m., two more trucks were hit by pumpkins on the 402 near White Oak Road. No injuries were reported. In all three cases, the trucks were able to pull over safely.
The public is being asked to help identify the potential suspect or suspects in these incidents. If you have any information that could lead police to catch the culprits, please call the Middlesex OPP or Crime Stoppers.
