Police say a nine-year-old boy allegedly abducted by his mother and uncle has been found safe in Toronto. Police say Joseluis Resendiz, who was the subject of an Amber Alert, was found in a downtown Toronto hotel nearly a day after he went missing in Niagara Falls. They say he was with his mother, who has been identified Tivisay Rojas-Castano. Police say the boy's uncle Edison Rojas-Castano has been arrested in a separate location. Niagara Regional police spokesman Derek Watson has said Joseluis and his father are U.S. citizens who live in Georgia and were in Niagara Falls for a family visit to Marineland. He said the father and biological mother are estranged and it's believed the boy had not seen his mother for quite some time.
