38 single family dwellings in Norwich are among the several projects that will be developed in Oxford County after a number of planning matters were approved by council in their virtual meeting on Wednesday.
OXFORD COUNTY - There is a business and building boom coming to Oxford County as council approved a number of planning matters.
The housing projects range from 38 single family dwellings in downtown Norwich, to 59 townhouses in the northern end of Tillsonburg.
There is even more growth coming to the north end of Tillsonburg.
Council gave the green light to more development on the Sobey’s site. The approval will allow for two 10,000 square foot plaza style buildings on the lot.
And finally an adjustment in land designation means a 10,000 square foot seed building will be going up on the outskirts of Brownsville.
