Ball diamonds and sports fields in Woodstock will be closed until at least May 6th this year.
WOODSTOCK - Mother Nature is putting a damper on the start of baseball and soccer season in Woodstock.
The City has announced that the ball diamonds and sports fields will not be ready for play until Sunday May 6th. Every game scheduled to play before May 6th will be cancelled.
The City did apologize the inconvience this has caused. Players and parents are encouraged to check with their respective leagues to see if the games can be made up at a later date.
