A Norfolk County man has died following a collision involving a motorcycle and a S-U-V on Radical Road in Woodhouse. Police say the motorcyclist was travelling westbound on Radical Road on Tuesday when they collided with a vehicle travelling on Forest Glen Court.
WOODHOUSE - A 48 year-old man from Norfolk County has died following a collision involving a motorcycle and a Sports Utility Vehicle on Radical Road in Woodhouse.
OPP responded to the collision on Tuesday at approximately 3:40 p.m., and they were assisted by the local fire department and Norfolk County Paramedic Services who were on scene.
Police say the motorcyclist was travelling westbound on Radical Road when they collided with a vehicle travelling on Forest Glen Court.
Paul Morton suffered serious life-threatening injuries as a result and he was pronounced deceased on scene.
The driver of the SUV did not suffer any injuries.
OPP West Region Reconstructionist and Technical Collision Investigators attended to assist with the investigation.
Radical Road between Port Ryerse Road and Blue Line Road was closed for approximately 7 hours to allow for investigation, which remains ongoing.
Victim Services of Haldimand and Norfolk were contacted and assisted investigators with the notification process.
