The Oxford OPP is investigating a multi-vehicle crash in the westbound lanes of Highway 401 between Foldens Line and Plank Line.
UPDATE 2: All of the westbound lanes of Highway 401 are now open, but the crash investigation is still ongoing at this time.

UPDATE: Police two tractor trailers collided on the highway, and one person died at the scene.
The crash happened at around 10:00 p.m. last night, and one of the trucks caught fire afterward. The person who died was one of the drivers and the other driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.
Police are hoping to reopen the highway as soon as possible and anyone with dash cam footage of the crash should reach out to the Oxford OPP.

OXFORD COUNTY - The OPP is investigating a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 401 in Oxford County.
Officers have closed off all of the westbound lanes between Foldens Line and Plank Line for the time being.
The traffic notification was posted on the OPP West Region social media pages shortly after 1:00 a.m. today and it's unclear how long the closure will last.
