Oxford County Council gave final approval to a new development on Wednesday morning.
NORWICH - A new subdivision is coming to Norwich.
Norwich Pines will have 16 detached homes and it will be located in the North East Corner of the Village. Warden David Mayberry says Oxford County council gave the development final approval on Wednesday morning.
"It's a sign of a lot of development happening across Oxford County in every municipality which is good to see and it is the completion of one project, so we will see what Norwich brings forward next."
Construction on the project can start anytime now.
