The Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll District Memorial Hospital joint board of directors has hired a new President and CEO.
INGERSOLL/TILLSONBURG - The Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll District Memorial Hospital joint board of directors has hired a new President and CEO.
Today the hospital announced the hiring of Nadia Facca, who will start in her new position on April 25, 2022. Facca was hired after an extensive recruitment process. She has worked in healthcare for the pas 17 years held several leadership possession. Facca is a Licensed Pharmacist and a member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders. She was the co-lead for the LHSC United Way 2020 and 2021 Campaign teams, which were honoured with the 2020 United Way Elgin Middlesex Change Maker award for Outstanding Workplace Campaign Team.
Facca has a Master of Health Studies, Organizational Leadership from Athabasca University. Facca says she is excited to start her new role in Tillsonburg and Ingersoll.
"I am looking forward to the opportunity to lead Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll and Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital into the future. I am honoured to be joining a team of dedicated leaders, staff, physicians, volunteers and Board members.
