Who do you think will win the Schmalz Cup?
TAVISTOCK/FERGUS - The 2026 Schmalz Cup Final has been set.
It was be a battle of the north and south, with the South Conference champion Tavistock Braves facing off against the North Conference champion Fergus Whalers.
Tavistock advanced to the final last night after celebrating a 7-1 victory over the Lakeshore Canadiens, winning the best-of-seven semifinal series 3-2. Fergus punched it's ticket to the final on Sunday, after they beat the Frankford Huskies 3-1 and won their semifinal series 4-1.
According to the PJHL website, an Oxford County team has not won the Schmalz Cup since Norwich did so in 1986.
