Marijuana might be legal in Canada, however it is still not a good idea to bring a big bag with you to your court hearing.
NORFOLK COUNTY - A 48 year old man from Norfolk County has learned the hard way that it is still not a good idea to bring your weed to court.
Police say they charged the man under the Cannabis Act after he brought a big bag of marijuana to the Court House in Simcoe. Officers noticed the weed during the screening process.
He was taken into custody without incident and charged with possessing cannabis for the purpose of selling contrary to section 10 (2) of the Cannabis Act.
