After a group was talking, and threats were made against Delhi District Secondary School, Norfolk OPP started to investigate.
DELHI - One person has been charged after an incident involving a school.
This morning (Wednesday, April 24th) just before 12:10 a.m. Norfolk OPP started an investigation that involved Delhi District Secondary School on James Street.
During the investigation, it was determined that a group of people were talking over electronic devices when one threatened to cause harm to the school and people within the school community.
With the help of Niagara Regional Police, the suspect was arrested at a residence in Welland.
18-year-old Jakob Jordan of Norfolk County is facing a charge of the alleged offence of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
