Police have identified the suspects and says the public is not at risk.
(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - OPP is investigating an incident after receiving a report of a robbery at a home in Norfolk County.
Police received a call earlier this morning around 6:30 after two men and one woman entered a home on Oakwood Avenue. Once they got inside the home, they began to assault the homeowner.
The victim was able to escape, running to a nearby home, before they were assaulted again by the same suspects. All three suspects then fled from the area in an unknown direction.
Police have identified all three suspects and assure there is no threat to public safety. Investigators are seeking arrest warrants and are continuing to follow up with witnesses.
The OPP reminds all members of the public to be aware of their personal safety at all times.
