TILLSONBURG - Oxford OPP may have saved a life after using Naloxone on an unresponsive woman in Tillonsburg.
Police say they found the 24 year old woman unresponsive on Friday night without vital signs at her home. CPR was performed and the officer then used Nalaxone.
Paramedics rushed the woman to the hospital where she was stabilized and is recuperating.
Naloxone can temporarily reverse an opioid overdose. OPP officers are equipped with a Naloxone kit and are trained to use it in an emergency.
