WOODSTOCK - It was one year ago today when the Woodstock Fairgrounds went up in flames.
Smoke could be seen across the City and as far away as Innerkip. The fire was set, when the Woodstock Fair would normally be in town. People from Woodstock watched in shock and awe as one of the beloved barns on the property burnt to a crisp.
A 46 year old man from Woodstock was arrested for the crime on two counts of arson and damage to the property.
