Daily case numbers are up slightly today but hospitalizations are down.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 210 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 546,621.
The Province is reporting 4 new deaths today, bringing the total to 9,228. Another 231 cases have been labelled resolved, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 535,577.
The province completed 25,857 tests yesterday. We currently have 194 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 145 people in the ICU and 110 in the ICU on a ventilator. The majority of the cases are coming from hot spot regions with 52 new cases in the Region of Waterloo, 23 in Peel Region, 19 in Hamilton, 18 in Toronto and 17 in Grey Bruce.
