Ontario is reporting 5,683 new cases of COVID-19 this morning.
Right now, 4,016 people are in the hospital with COVID-19. Of those numbers, 56% were admitted because of COVID, the others went to the hospital for other reasons and tested positive while they were there.
608 people are in the ICU in Ontario with COVID-19, 83% of those patients are in the ICU because of COVID-19.
The Province also confirmed 89 new COVID-19 related deaths this morning. 3 of those deaths are from over a month ago.
Only 33,000 tests were completed yesterday.
