Oxford OPP briefs include an arrest made in Bright and a speeding driver in Courtland
Oxford OPP teamed up with Waterloo Regional Police recently, in order to investigate a series of property crimes.
It all began when a suspect stole a 2012 Honda Civic from a gas station in Kitchener. OPP believe that same suspect stole items out of a work truck on Township Road 10 and 17th Line in Blandford Blenheim Township late yesterday morning.
Officers found the stolen Honda on John Street in Bright just before 2pm that same day. The suspect was inside a home, and he surrendered without incident.
34 year old Neil Hunsberger of Kitchener is facing numerous charges, including theft over $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime, possession of a controlled substance and failing to comply with probation.
