DELHI - The Grinch has come to Delhi.
Norfolk OPP are investigating multiple thefts that have taken place in the town.
Officers were called out to a James Street address Friday morning, to investigate a stolen pickup truck. They believe the 2010 red Chevy Silverado was taken on Thursday, sometime between 4:30pm and 11:30pm.
The next call came in shortly after 1am on Saturday. Officers say a car pulled up to a home on St Michael’s Street, stole their Christmas lights and drove away. The vehicle is described red Hyundai with black coloured steel winter rims.
OPP also received reports of other homes in that area having their Christmas decorations taken. Some of the other stolen items include flood lights, ornaments, a Santa Claus, a reindeer and a star with an extension cord.
Anyone with information on any of these thefts should contact OPP 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
