Accolade Awards are presented annually and honour uniformed and civilian members in 12 different categories.
OXFORD COUNTY - Members of the Oxford OPP were presented with Accolade Award of Excellence for Team Achievement.
Community Service Officer Patti Cote explains what the awards represent.
"They recognize individuals or teams who best achieve the OPP's vision, mission and value."
She adds that the team received the awards to recognize work done in partnership with the Calgary Police.
"The award recognized all of the people involved in a significate investigation of human trafficking. Two teenagers from the area were reported missing, they were later found in a different province."
