A woman is recovering in hospital after being struck by a vehicle in the Sobey's parking lot Tuesday night. According to Woodstock police, the 57 year old woman was walking through the parking lot in front of the Scotia Bank around 7:30 pm when she was hit by a 36 year old male driving a Honda. Police say the woman was taken to the Woodstock General Hospital suffering from leg injuries but was listed in good condition. The driver was not injured. The incident is still under investigation however police say charges are not expected at this time.
