The two suspects are scheduled to appear in a courtroom in Stratford on July 8th, after they were arrested and charged with breaking and entering into a commercial business in Listowel.
LISTOWEL - Two men from Kitchener have been charged with break and enter in Listowel.
Perth County OPP officers responded to the incident last night at approximately 10:00 p.m, when they arrested the two suspects at the scene after learning about a break and enter at a commercial business.
39 year-old Tomasz Kurzydlowski was arrested and charged with the following:
Break, Enter a place - commit indictable offence
Mischief - destroys or damages property
Theft Over $5,000.00
Possession of a Schedule I Substance - Methamphetamine
And 32-year-old Gregorz Maloepszy was arrested and charged with the following:
Break, Enter a place - commit indictable offence
Mischief - destroys or damages property
Theft Over $5,000.00
Possession of a Schedule I Substance - Methamphetamine
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Both men are scheduled to appear in a courtroom in Stratford on July 8th to answer the charges. Perth County OPP continue to investigate this incident, and ask that anyone with any information contact police at 1-888-310-1122.
