Pittock Conservation Area will officially open the doors on the 2017 season on Friday morning.
Camping season officially starts this weekend with Pittock, Fanshawe and the Wildwood Conservation Areas opening up this weekend.
The Conservation areas open up for the season on Friday morning at 8.
Assistant Superintendant at Pittock Justin Skrypnyk tells Heart FM about some of the new features at Pittock this year.
"We have got back country camping sites coming soon, we have upgraded washrooms with some fresh paint, new picnic tables and of course the old favourites with swimming, boating, sailing and fishing."
Pittock also has five kilometres of hiking, a national rated 18 hole disc golf course and a splash pad for the kids.
