An officer's duty bag, police stationary, blank tickets and legal forms were stolen from a Stratford Police cruiser over the weekend.
STRATFORD - Talk about a brazen theft.
Several items were taken from a Stratford Police cruiser on Saturday morning around 12:30. The cruiser was parked at the Stratford Police Headquarters when the theft happened.
The suspect stole an officer's duty bag, which contained Stratford Police stationary, blank tickets and legal forms, and some personal items.
Nothing of a sensitive nature was stolen.
The suspect is a white man with a slim to average build and a dark goatee. At the time of the theft, he was wearing a black toque with bright red spikes, a plaid shirt, dark jacket and dark pants.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Stratford Police or Crime Stoppers.
