Police believe it is possible the suspect unlocked the 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 using a relay device near the front door of the house before starting the vehicle.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police are investigating after a truck was stolen from Wedgewood Drive overnight Wednesday.
The 2021 white Dodge Ram 1500 was taken around 2:30 in the morning near Ironsbridge Road. Police believe it is possible the suspect unlocked the vehicle using a relay device near the front door of the house before starting the vehicle.
The truck is described to have no bed cover, no running boards, tinted windows, and chrome mirror covers.
The suspect is described as wearing dark shoes, dark pants, light colour sweatshirt with the hood up, black face covering, flat brim baseball hat, and a satchel style bag.
Relay devices allow for vehicles with keyless entry to be opened when the key fobs are nearby.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Woodstock Police or Crime Stoppers.
