It will be a busy week at the Woodstock Courthouse as evidence regarding the death of a Woodstock man is examined.
WOODSTOCK - The pretrial for a Woodstock man accused of second degree murder will continue this week.
Flavius Miron is accused of killing 48 year old Jerry 'Jed' Klassen on July 13th of last year inside Klassen's home. Miron was initially charged with manslaughter and the charges were upgraded in February.
This week the court will be going over all of the evidence in the case to see if it should proceed to trial. It is expected to last until late Thursday afternoon or Friday morning.
Family and friends of Klassen have been diligently following the case, appearing at the courthouse with shirts emblazoned with the slogan 'Justice for Jed.'
The case is currently under a publication ban.
