We currently have 986 active cases of the virus in Ontario. Right now only 35 people are in the hospital with COVID-19.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 131 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 41,179.
The Province also confirmed 3 COVID-19 related deaths today and the total now sits at 2,796. Meanwhile another 106 people have made a full recovery, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 37,397.
We currently have 35 COVID-19 patients in the hospital and 13 are in the ICU. Right now the Province has 986 active cases and most of them are in Toronto, Peel, Ottawa, Southwestern Public Health Region and Windsor/Essex. The Province completed 28,073 tests yesterday.
Southwestern Public Health meanwhile confirmed 1 new case of COVID-19 today in the City of St. Thomas.
