We currently have 1,540 active cases of COVID-19 in Ontario after the Province confirmed 149 new cases today and 136 recoveries.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 149 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 43,685.
The Province did not report a COVID-19 related death for the third day in a row and the total continues to sit at 2,813. Meanwhile another 136 people have made a full recovery, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 39,332.
We currently have 55 COVID-19 patients in the hospital and 15 are in the ICU. Right now the Province has 1,540 active cases and most of them are in Toronto, Peel, Ottawa, and Windsor/Essex. The Province completed 17,605 tests yesterday.
