The Province confirmed 184 new cases of COVID-19 this morning and another 11 deaths. Meanwhile they also confirmed another 218 recoveries.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 184 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, which is a 0.6% increase and brings the total number of cases in the Province to 32,554.
The Province also confirmed another 11 deaths bringing the total to 2,538 and 1,632 of those deaths were residents in Long Term Care Homes. Meanwhile another 218 people have made a full recovery, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 27,431.
5,357 of the COVID-19 cases in Ontario since the pandemic started were residents of Long Term Care Homes and 2,060 cases are from health care workers.
We currently have 413 COVID-19 patients in the hospital, 98 are in the ICU and 70 are in the ICU on a ventilator. The Province completed 21,724 tests yesterday.
