We currently have 17,084 active cases of the virus in Ontario after the Province confirmed 2,139 new cases this morning and 2,043 recoveries.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 2,139 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 146,535.
The Province also confirmed another 43 deaths and the total now sits at 4,035 after the weekend. Meanwhile another 2,043 people have made a full recovery, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 125,416.
The province completed 49,189 tests yesterday. We currently have 932 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 256 people in the ICU.
