The province of Ontario set a new daily record of COVID-19 cases with 2,447. They also confirmed another 2,013 recoveries and 49 COVID-19 related deaths.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 2,447 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 165,110.
The province also confirmed another 49 COVID-19 related deaths today, bringing the total to 4,278. Meanwhile another 2,013 people have made a full recovery, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 141,023.
The province completed 64,592 tests yesterday. We currently have 967 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 277 people in the ICU and 176 in the ICU on a ventilator.
