The latest COVID-19 numbers from the Province of Ontario today shows 2,655 new cases, 3,714 resolved cases and 89 additional deaths.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 2,655 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 244,932.
Another 89 people with the virus have died, bringing the total number of deaths connected to COVID-19 in Ontario to 5,568. Meanwhile another 3,714 people have made a full recovery, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 212,897.
The province completed 54,307 tests yesterday. We currently have 1,598 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 395 people in the ICU and 296 in the ICU on a ventilator.
