Oxford Public Health is looking to speak with a dog owner, after a woman was bit infront of the Henry St. dog park in Woodstock. It happened on Wednesday at around 5PM. The woman was bit by a large German Sheppard-type dog, which was then put into a dark SUV by a young man, and middle aged woman. Public health is trying to track down health information about the dog, to prevent a series of rabies vaccinations for the woman.
