A 22 year old man from Montreal has been arrested after multiple gas thefts in the Friendly City.
WOODSTOCK - A 22 year old man from Montreal has been arrested after multiple gas thefts in the Friendly City.
Police pulled over the man late Thursday night in the area of Lakeview Driver. Officers were responding to a complaint about a suspicious vehicle.
Turns out it was the same car, involved in three recent gas thefts and had stolen licence plates.
The man was charged with 3 counts of theft under $5,000, 2 counts of possession of property obtained by crime and obstruct a peace officer.
