Police say a black Hyundai Tucson was on it's roof when they arrived to the two vehicle collision this morning around 7. The female driver of the Tucson was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The Tucson collided with a Ford at the intersection on Simcoe Street. The driver of the Ford was charged with making an unsafe right turn.
The police would like to note that the lack of serious injuries in this collision is directly related to the proper use of seat belts and remind all drivers that properly wearing your seat belt is the single most important thing you can do to keep yourself safe while driving.
