WOODSTOCK - An aspiring actress from Woodstock will be featured on the hit new TV show Nurses tonight.
Madi Langdon plays Ella on the show, that will air on Global TV tonight at 8:00 pm. Langdon actually filmed her scenes last year and her character is featured fairly prominently tonight. Langdon says she can't reveal too much right now.
"I am part of one of the nurses main story lines in the episode, I can't give away much about who my character is but I do come in as a patient and it is a fairly dramatic episode, so to find out more about Ella, you have to watch."
Langdon says she won't be able to watch the episode live.
"I am so incredibly excited for this episode to air, it has been a year since we filmed it, I haven't seen any clips, I have only seen a few pictures and it has been so amazing to play Ella, because it has been so different from my other roles. It was so fun to work with these amazing, talented, successful actors on set and then tonight, I actually have an acting class that I am going to be in when it is airing, so hopefully I will watching it online on Global after my class, because I am in Toronto and trying to work hard."
Langdon is really excited to have this episode on Global TV in Canada.
"It's so crazy, because I am on a kids show called The Next Step, and usually when I tell people, they don't have a way to watch it because it is a UK based show. It is just a dream come true and it is so exciting that people will be able to watch it on TV, some of friends have told me they have their PVR set and I am kind of excited to head back home and see everyone's reaction."
