It's a heartwarming event that's sure to get the taste buds flowing. The 2nd Annual Oxford County Soupstock is set for Tuesday. Soup will be on from 11:30 am - 2 pm at the Quality Hotel & Suites. It's a fundraiser for Domestic Abuse Services Oxford. As many as 15 local restaurants will be competing for the "Golden Ladle" and "People's Choice" awards for their signature soups. DASO Communications Manager, Barb Wright is encouraging you to get your tickets in advance. "Tickets are $10. You can buy the tickets at the door but our sponsor Scotiabank once again, they'll be selling tickets in advance at both of their locations. They will be matching the sales of tickets that are sold by bank staff". Heart FM will be broadcasting live from the event.
