Environment Canada is predicting 15 to 25 milimetres of rain for tomorrow. We're also in for wind gusts between 70 and 90 kilometres per hour.
OXFORD/BRANT - We're in for quite the storm in Oxford and Brant.
Environment Canada says we're in for 15 to 25 milimetres of rain tomorrow, along with wind gusts between 70 and 90 kilometres per hour.
The rain should start early in the morning, with a brief period freezing rain possible. The rain should taper off into showers in the evening.
The strong southwesterly winds should begin in the afternoon hours and continue into the early evening. Areas downwind of Lake Erie should get the worst of it.
Environment Canada says we could see some flooding in areas with poor drainage. Strong winds can also break tree branches and toss around loose objects.
A special weather statement is currently in effect for Oxford and Brant.
